9. ANY CHARGEBACK IS SUBJECT TO A $250.00 ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY, WHICH WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST THE CARD YOU USED FOR YOUR PURCHASE FOR EACH CHARGEBACK YOU INITIATE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER OR OTHERWISE.
